Which Side Are You On?

Should He “Man Up” Or Is He Justified?

“Oh my God. This is crazy,” the 35-year-old woman, who refused to be identified.  She told the Statesman. “I had my phone low and I wasn’t bothering anybody. It wasn’t like constant texting.”

But that didn’t sit well with Brandon Vezmar of Round Rock, Texas – so he is suing to ask for the $17.31 he paid for her to see a 3D showing of “Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2″.

The story was in the Austin-American Statesman, and he told the paper “…she activated her phone at least 10 to 20 times in 15 minutes to read and send text messages…this is like one of my biggest pet peeves,” he said. “It was kind of a first date from hell.”

For her part, the lady said she won’t give the money back because he took asked her on the date.

And she said she may file a restraining order because the dude has been contacting her family and friends.

Ladies – mark that name Brandon Vezmar and be warned he takes his sci-fi movies seriously!
