Granger Smith is slowly becoming a household name in country music, and after the success of  ‘Backroad Song’ and ‘If The Boot Fits,’the third single off his latest album ‘Remington’ is expected to be something special.

Needless to say, special is an understatement, and the new music video that is coming along with the track clearly reflects that. ‘Tractor’ is the name of the new single, and it is one of the most personal song on the new record, as Granger pays tribute to his father that passed away shortly before the album was released.

Granger opened up about how special it was for him to film the video on his official Facebook page:

“Making this video was very special to me. The man isn’t an actor, it’s my dad’s lifelong best friend. This isn’t a music video set, it’s dad’s barn, dad’s field, dad’s tractor. I still miss him every day.”

Needless to say, tears were definitely rolling down my cheeks watching this video as I too lost my dad just a little over a year ago. More so around the holidays, family time is something many of us take for granted and this video is a clear reminder that we should always cherish every second with those we love. Thank you for this song Granger, this is what music is all about.
