You might think every new artist has their sights on making enough cash to buy a big mansion or a sprawling ranch, but that’s not in the immediate plans for Tyler Farr.

He’s more of a “double-wide trailer” kind of guy.

He tells Country Weekly, “I was talking with my business manager, who was saying, ‘Next year we need to talk about where you’re looking to move and what kind of house you’re looking at.’  I said, ‘House?  I ain’t getting no house. ”

“‘I’m waiting to buy 300 acres and I’m going to find the exact land I want and I’m going to put a double-wide on it.’  That sounds strange to some, but I’m going to do that so I can have my land that I want, and when I have enough money, I’ll build a house there.”

Tyler’s double-wide WILL eventually open the doors for mom and dad.  He adds, “And when my parents come to visit, they can stay in my fancy double-wide.”
